This was a painting that I was bored with.  I skimped on the background and was not inspired.

This was the painting after layers of rubber cement and washes.

"Showtime", gouache and watercolor on watercolor paper, 30 x 22.  This is the finished oiece and I find it much more interesting.

This was a watercolor exercise started in a workshop.  It sat for years.

This is the painting after I superimposed one of my drawings on top and started using colored pencil.

"Stories," Colored pencil over watercolor and gouache on watercolor paper, 14 x 21.  This is the completed piece after many layers of colored pencil.  This was a very fun piece to create.  I have got to get a better picture of this!  Colored pencil is difficult to photograph!
